The SPCA of Central Florida’s Privacy Policy explains

of Central Florida, we will not share your e-mail address
with any individual or organization. You always have the
right to opt-out of future e-mail messages at any time,
for any reason.
Personal information:
If you decide to share personal information with us through
an e-mail to a staff person, by sending us a donation, making
a reservation or subscribing for membership, we will use
that information to respond to you and to record the transaction.
However, we will always treat e-mails the same way we treat
letters or donations through snail mail - with confidentiality.
We are required to maintain types of documents for accounting
purposes but we do not collect or use personal information
